I'm sick to death of my tax dollars going to fund some right-wing nutjobs in third world countries. I hate that my tax dollars go to Israel without any preconditions on the settlements. I abhor the fact that my taxes are going to prop up dictators around the world.
So I have a proposal:
I understand that some former Hillary supporters cannot contain the glee that it appears that Obama may lose but this is getting us nowhere.
"a house divided against itself cannot stand"
Barack Obama is having lunch with Bill sometime this week and he already called Hillary to thank her for what she is doing.
So, why all the hate towards Obama?
On April 21, 2008, Bill Clinton gave an interview with WHYY reporter Susan Phillips and I can't believe after the Bosnia Sniper lie they would be bold enough to lie again.
There is a bit of disinformation going around the internet that I think needs to be clarified about Obama's sit-down interview with the Reno Gazette-Journal.
People say that those who do not learn from history will repeat the mistakes of history. I know that it's really early to think about vice presidential candidates but with everything that has to do with presidential elections starting so early I thought it would be interesting to remember one of the most disastrous choices for vice president. His name was Senator Thomas Eagleton.
Who is Hillary Clinton? To some she is a hero, to others a lying power hungry women. I've been thinking about Hillary's claim about her strength based on her experience, in the White House but what is her experience? What did she do during the White House years? I read an excellent post by Barbara Ehrenreich on her blog, that I would like to highlight Barbara's view of Hillary:
